In this small garden, Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland's work includes the Monumental Fountain, the Monolith (17 meters high) and the Sinnataggen or angry child.
To the south of the park, make sure not to miss the old manor houses where the Oslo Museum is located.
Scandinavian culture blends perfectly with Norwegian folklore, and you can enjoy this in the many different museums in Oslo. The Viking Ship Museum houses the largest and best-preserved Viking ship of antiquity.
The Norwegian Village Museum is an open-air museum where you can visit more than 150 traditional houses from the different areas that make up Norway. Children will learn about the country's traditional costumes, as well as the Norwegian way of life, crafts and, of course, traditions.
